Viewing License
A Viewing License is required for every user who has access to dashboards with visualizations of our add-ons via other reporting tools, portals or Web applications to the extent that these are supplied real-time data according to the conditions of SAP Crystal Dashboard Viewing option.
Of course, no additional Viewing Licenses are required for recipients of PowerPoint or PDF files with graphomate visualizations.

Support and Update Licenses
You can purchase both the Support and Update Licenses as a subscription for one year for 20% of the sum
of the costs for Add-on and Viewing Licences. These licences will be offered within the shopping process.
